Models of Operations

“The international education campus will be built purely based upon the partnering University’s administrative ideas, cultural atmosphere, disciplines, majors and needed infrastructure. Original text books, teaching equipment, highly qualified professors, efficient educational administration, teaching methods and resources can be adopted with the host school”.

1. Partnership and Operations

Approved by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, sponsored by People’s Government of Henan Province, jointly organized by Henan Zhuoyue Education Group and the partnering University, the internationalized high-level university must possess independent legal qualification and currently has a campus overseas.

2. Infrastructure, Curriculum development and Academia

This international university will consist of subjects that are internationally recognized and certified. Courses will be divided into disciplines for undergraduate students, master candidates, doctor candidates and so on. On campus grounds, English is encouraged to be spoken at all times. Curriculum and departments will be set up on the basis of 1. The university’s strong disciplines and first-class subjects; 2. Internationally recognized certifications alongside cutting-edge science and technology; 3. China’s national educational conditions that allows joint-models to be discussed by both parties.

3. Funding, and methods of Investment

The partnering University mainly participates in the joint school operations with its school name, intellectual property fully intact, along with educational and management methods and resources.

“Henan Zhuoyue Education Group’s main purpose will be to provide investment capital, administration, infrastructure and land for the partnering school.”

4. Management and Administration

The school adopts a president responsibility system under the leadership of the board. The board is the leading and decision-making group for this university alongside the partnering University’s management. Cooperative planning and execution must be discussed and understood by both sides in order to ensure success of such large venture.

5. Human Resources, Talent Retention and Cultivation

The school aims to cultivate global citizens that are not only familiar with both western and eastern cultures, but also proficient in the use of both Chinese and English, hence bridging the knowledge gap towards higher internationalized education.

“Graduates are supposed to be capable of independent thinking, have innovative ability, creativity, cultural sensitivity, team spirit, dual-language cognition and problem solving skills, as well as international innovative thinking and vision”.

6. Diplomas and Degrees

The school will award students with dual certification that is both recognized internationally and locally in China.

7. Students and Faculty

Annual enrollment scale and the scale of students on-campus are going to follow the requirements of the Chinese local policy. We plan to recruit 2,500 students annually, and the number of enrolled students will reach 10,000 after four years. Meanwhile, the number of faculty is projected to reach 1,000, making the ratio of students to teachers 10:1 in order to ensure individual student attention alongside education quality.

8. Language Delivery of Courses

English and Chinese is a must on-campus! Students graduating will be comprehensively fluent in both languages alongside cultural sensitivity.

9. Educational Quality Assurance and Excellence

The schools will either cooperatively develop or adopt methods and modern systems to ensure quality of higher-education, supervision and certification maybe required both locally and internationally.
