Our Staff & Faculty

Throughout many years in the education field, the College has established a faculty that is highly educated, professional, and outstanding in academic research and innovation. Undergraduate programs and master programs adheres to principles of employment and entrepreneurship as a focus, where the power for continuous development and growth in morality, and skills is continuous during studies and post-graduation. The end goal was to build the college into an institution where specialized skills can be used right after graduation, making employ-ability of students higher after leaving the campus. Furthermore, the college also contributed heavily towards its infrastructure, human resource, construction, and campus setup that revolves around student-central learning. Among our teachers and faculty, over 90% of them have obtained doctorate or masters degrees, and over 80% of the teachers have gained honorable academic titles. Over 50 teachers currently on campus have been awarded honors such as the “National outstanding Teaching award”, “Henan Leaders in Academic learning and Technology”, “Henan Institute Administration Excellence award”, “Henan Ethics Education Experts”, “Award for Technical Equipment training and Practice”, “Henan Teaching and Education leader awards”, “Leaders in teaching cultural ethics”, and the “Leaders of an advanced teaching model”.

“Xinlian also consists of distinguished features in its education model: A parallel-featured” development pattern is in place where the teachers are constantly undergoing training in order to gain knowledge both for themselves while benefiting their students”

This acts as both a benefit to staff while encouraging talent retention. High-level applied training also enable Xinlian to use its own methods while approaching new learning concepts that drive new ideas and new patterns of thought. Certain programs such as Pre-school Education, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, and Automation have become star programs that defines the college “Brand” among other universities and colleges.
